STATEMENT
In my work I try to deepen my understanding of what surrounds me through attentive observation and listening. I attempt to create and facilitate interactions between people, their environment and myself.
The question for me as an artist is how I position myself. I am drawn to the tension between objective observation, investigation and research and subjective organising, editing and composing.
I explore the above further through collaboration across localities and disciplines.
The process and context are central to my practice.
